Health Hammer Public Rehearsal is an embodied workshop for performing the instructions of the health hammer. During the two-hour workshop, participants each will be assigned a script to follow as they engage in a guided group practice that ends as a public rehearsal at the gallery.
We invite you to follow our guidance and claim your spot in this monumental movement. Here, we practice collective authorship. We arrive as individuals from certain communities. We experience and make meaning as one collective. Then, we leave as a member of the collective that can move forward on our paths with strength and a sense of comfort from what the temporary gathering provides us with.
