Pop-Up Choir Event

Experience the joy of social singing in one of Helsinki’s most acoustically unique spaces! International School of Music Finland organises a free one-evening vocal workshop that is open to all singing enthusiasts. Participants will learn and perform a choral arrangement of Pharrell Williams’ Happy. The session is led by choir leader Myra Owens and is accompanied by live musicians. The goal is to work through the song’s harmonies together and conclude with a final informal performance within the gallery space.
- No professional choir background is necessary. Some basic singing experience is helpful for following the harmonies, but the event is open to all skill levels.
- Ages: The event is open to singing enthusiasts ages 16 and up.
- Registration: While the event is free, space is limited. Registration via Eventbrite is mandatory.
- Language: The teaching and song are in English.
