Annette Arlander:
Lichen at Allinge

Lichen at Allinge (14 min 13 sec) is a video work in two parts, here as a split screen version. The first part, on the left, was recorded on the evening of March 26 in 2016 and the second part, on the right, on the evening of March 27 in 2016 between the villages Sandkås and Allinge on the north-western shore of the island of Bornholm in the southern Baltic Sea. In the first part a human figure dressed in a long dark purple coat and a cap stands among the rocks covered with yellow lichen. In the second part the rocks with the lichen stand on their own.
